She came 10-15 minutes late, walked out and smoked iqos. Afterwards came in and didn’t even greet her colleagues nor answered any questions related to the appointment, as there was another client who wanted to do nails. Later she went to make coffee which totally took 25minutes before starting with my nails.
I showed her multiple times picture that I wanted (french tips, almond shape) multiple times. She made square nails and did not work good on my cuticles and the square was not even square..
