The overall experience was very chaotic. Not only my appointment was moved to an hour 16 minutes before my cheaduled time, butl, also, the hair specialist didn't speak any English which naturally caused communication challenegs.

My new fav salong and Milana is an amazing nail tech! This was my first time at the salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Always really scared to go to a new specialist, but Milana was a star - heard me out, checked all the way if the nails I’d like them to be 😊
