Renan maybe lacks an experience, but he most certainly is very well prepared, caring and dedicated. He was very respectful and kind. Even though, he doesn't know much English, but he was able to understand me and operate with high precision. I was satisfied with the way hair looked at the end, and even more fulfilled about the service overall.
