On March 17, 2025, I had an appointment at 18:00. I arrived at 17:58 and waited until 18:15, while the barber was still cutting another client's hair. When I asked about the delay, she explained that she had agreed to cut her friend's hair and only later noticed my appointment. I couldn't wait longer, as it was clear I’d need to wait at least 20 more minutes. I had positive experiences with this barbershop before, but this situation was disappointing and disrespectful.
