I had nail polish removal that lasts 15 minutes. I called at first to ask if it’s okay if I’m late for 5-7 minutes and the administrator informed about consequences in a nice manner and suggested another time; so we agreed I would do my best to be in time. I called a taxi (since couldn’t do it any other time) and when arrived , had to wait for almost 10 minutes, cannot say that was nice after I had heard about schedule they need to follow. Unfortunately, I was paid attention with all the tea/coffee things by these 10 minutes. When I replied that water would be nice, I was offered to help myself - it’s kept on the table nearby for guests’ comfort. To me that seems like a thing that can be improved in terms of service and hospitality: please, finish the thing you started, and for client that feels nice as well. Diana, nail artist, did her job nicely as well, but felt like there are no breaks between appointments and precious minutes between the clients for preparation and etc just do not exist for convenience. Both administrator and nail artist did their jobs as best as they could, one could easily see how they’re trying to satisfy client’s needs staying professional under pressure of timing. Working in hospitality gives me an understanding how everything works from the inside. I just hope that the staff will have some break between appointments, so the service will be definitely improved and those clients who planned their time won’t have to rush with their schedule after the place that is supposed to give not just professional service but feeling of peace and appreciation as well.
