My hair is thick and tricky, which a lot of barbers just hack through without thinking, but here it was clear from the first session that Arella actually understands hair structure. Gets the shape right, adjusts to what you ask, and remembers your preferences. No upselling, no fuss, just solid consistent work. Genuinely the best haircut I've had in Vilnius.
