This therapy treatment is fantastic to focus the mind on the importance of each functional body system. As Gana works her magic with your body, you find yourself tuning into whats going on in your system. Each area brings new awareness and learning. Is my energy flowing, is my system blocked at this point or have I good flexibility in this area or limb. Each time Gana moves from one area to another you get a sense that your body feels a lot lighter and more energised.
