Since I have a pretty high pain tolerance, Valentyn suggested a trigger point massage technique, and it was exactly what I needed for myofascial release and back tension relief. The muscle release afterward was so incredible that I even left my watch in the room! :)
Also, huge thanks for offering late evening appointments (at 9:30 PM). This is an absolute game-changer for parents, allowing us to put the kids to bed first and carve out some quality time for our own health.
