Unreal.Toner products were burning my eyes&nose (even w/ face mask) the whole time, it felt like bleach/peroxide was being applied to hair. When toning part was done, proceeded to dry ½ of the hair to see the colour then starting cutting w/ half hair dry. Technique was scary, hands were shaking & hair was left uneven, w/ patches shorter than others. Asked for bangs to be cut a certain way, made a blunt cut shorter than desired. No products applied in hair. 80eur in total. Absurd.
