I booked a balayage treatment but what I got was Ombré. I was told this is what the website treatwell informed them of. Also the ombré was bad. It’s only at the last 2 inches of my hair, and it’s like an orange copper tone, which I did not want. The staff at Figaro was kind enough to tell me to get another appointment. But I don’t know I would be asked to pay again to fix this disaster color on my hair. I am told that they will see if it’s the masters mistake or not. It’s just disappointing.
