The salon is pet-friendly and the staff were kind, but the experience was disappointing. It was freezing for hours before a heater was brought, and the whole appointment took about five hours. I had to change my design to a simpler one, paid €58, and after just two weeks one nail already started lifting. Not worth the time or money
