It would be great if the receptionist could mention that there is a junior hairdresser by the name of Arturas, to not confuse with the senior one, which proved to be of great quality before. Thereafter, a booking was made to an hairdresser which I did not intend to have, after mentioning to the lady on the phone that it would be fine. Wouldn't have mind to wait a few more days to have my usual hairdressers rather than having a bad experience with a new one. Overall quality of the cut was bad.
