Long hair cut: 6/10 Communication: 4/10 Overall experience was not good. There was an extra charge at the salon even though the service had already been paid for through the Treatwell app. The haircut lacked balance, especially for long hair. It was either left too long or then cut too short. Overall, the result felt uneven and poorly balanced.
