+ Tatyana is very sweet and pleasant. -Dirty unkempt tools spoils the whole impression of going to the hairdresser. She put a hairdressing cape on me, but didn’t put on a disposable collar under it. Tried to comb my hair with a dirty, broken comb that had hair from a previous client(s?). The hair clipper was also dirty, with remnants of someone's hair. Tatiana is a very nice person, but she needs to keep her work area and her tools clean.
