The master was polite and pleasant, but the quality of her manicure was very poor. She cut my nails bloody and left an uneven, unsightly finish. I told her about it, and she agreed to redo it. The entire procedure took almost three hours. It was very long and uncomfortable. The final finish was also poor quality. She did a very poor job of treating my cuticles, leaving uneven edges and cuts. There were only 20 polish colors to choose from. A lot of dogs inside,it looks unclean and uncomfortable
