I REALLY wanted to like but, especially given that I was experiencing a lot of tension leading up to the appointment. Unfortunately, I didn't feel much difference afterwards and I felt exactly the same the next day. I also find it strange that it is back-focused, as opposed to being centred on where's a client is feel the pain. Don't get me wrong, the appointment in itself is relaxing, but I didn't get any relief or the therapist's feedback on what I need to work on.
