Justina was highly professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable throughout the whole visit. I had a Kobido facial massage together with an exosome treatment, and the experience felt premium from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the atmosphere was calm and well managed, and the service itself felt both relaxing and high quality.
