I said I want long lashes, length 12-13 I even showed a picture ne stressed really hard that I want them long. I told her 5 times. I asked her if she understood. She said yes. The result: They were again so short and exactly that what I said I don't want !!! Then I needed to pay 5€ more than it was set when picking the apointment. I am very disappointed and don't know if I ever will come to this place again. Very said!
