The salon changed the masseur I chose (which they suggested due to better English) without asking. I was supposed to get a full body massage, but I requested to focus on my neck and shoulders. The masseur didn't seem to listen and didn't do a full body massage, but mostly focused on lower back and barely touched my neck. He also was using his mobile phone during the massage, which was disrespectful... The massage was VERY rough and I still have pain in my back 3 days later.
