1 Anna refused to do Japanese manicure because i had gel polish on my nails. 2 i said ok let's do simple manicure with gel polish which she said she has no time to do polish (turned out she had plenty of time, just she didn't want to and i left with temporary polish) 3 - she ruined my nail plates pushing to hard on the base and now i have deep dents 4 - she was trying to charge 45 eur for this, after i said this is ridiculous price for this super bad service she said ok pay 25 and leave.
