I was ignored for 25 minutes with no apology, then taken for a haircut that took exactly 2 minutes. I do not recommend this service for thin hair, as the hairdresser doesn’t know how to handle it. I came home very disappointed and sad as hair is my weak point and it felt that my previous master’s work was ruined after this one quick visit.
