I had my gel manicure done two weeks ago, but unfortunately the polish has already lifted/peeled off. I was a bit surprised, since usually it lasted around three weeks or more. I came back to redo my gel manicure, as the polish had lifted. Unfortunately, I did not receive a discount or an apology, even though it seemed to be a mistake in the application. I wanted to share this feedback, as I believe clients should feel supported in such situations.
