I had an appointment for a Sunday. The office was closed. I waited for 15 minutes but nobody showed up. I sent a message to the phone number listed in the booking confirmation, and after an hour got a reply that the specialist I booked an appointment with worked at a different office 🫠 The worst service I’ve ever got
