Ismail is very kind, professional and careful. I described to him in Turkish by the translator which had to be my hair style: very short on both sides and at back, but longer at the top and forehead, so to emphasize a visible difference between the shorter length on the sides/back, and a little bit longer lenght on the top and on forehead (disheveled style, with matt paste). Instead, the result was an uniform short hair lenght on the sides, at the back, at the top and on the forehead
