1. Appointment was scheduled at 17.00 till 18.30. I have long hair and master managed to do 2 procedures (cut ends of my hair and use anti dandruff treatment) within 1 hour. Usually it takes at least 1 hour to cut only ends of my hair. After this master I felt as if I lost 30% of my hair there. Horrible. Exactly at 18.00 there was another client after me. Although my time was till 18.30. I didn’t like the way everything was done. I used to come to this place but I won’t come here anymore.
