The treatment itself was excellent. Ieva was professional and attentive, and my skin felt wonderfully hydrated afterwards. Unfortunately, my positive experience was overshadowed by an issue at checkout. My booking confirmation clearly stated a price of €85, but I was charged based on a €95 price and told I had overlooked the difference. This left me feeling disappointed, as transparency and trust are very important when choosing a clinic.
