Majority of the staff does not speak Lithuanian. Own by Belorussians. I was charged more without being informed for a simpler procedure. Regular nail polish vs gel. I changed my mind and so I was happy to pay the price of my order, but if instead of just using regular nail polish they counted each procedure separately without explaining and it turned out more expensive . No refund, and I don't want a discount, as I don't want to go to a place like this. It's not okay.

Finding a high quality salon in Vilnius as someone who doesn’t speak lithuanian is so hard but this studio is the best! The staff is super nice (which is surprisingly not common), the quality of work is amazing and the cleanliness is perfect.
