I really enjoyed my appointment. Ophi was super welcoming from the get go - easy to talk to, made me feel very comfortable the entire time. She also gave me a lot of advice in regards to taking care of my hair: products, techniques, etc. I highly recommend Upgrade Užupis - very cool place with awesome hairdressers.

Beware that Dovydas is just a beginner at hairdressing and it shows - he is able to somewhat dye hair, the cutting, however, is absolutely tragic (no better than any untrained person could). Worst way to spend over a hundred euros and half a day at the ‘salon’. Well, at least i can finally cross out ‘crying after a bad haircut’ of my bucketlist
