The haircut looks good, but the process was rough. The hairstylist pulled my hair a lot, brushed my ears with the hairbrush on accident, hit my face with the hairdryer cord a couple times and brushed my face with nails on accident when trying to fix hair in front of the face. Wish the process was more gentle
